Missed Appointment Fees
A 48 hour advanced notice is required to cancel or reschedule a massage and acupuncture. Failure to cancel within the 48 hours will result in a charges listed below: These fees are not covered by your insurance company.
Acupuncture: $30
30 Minute Fee – $30
60 Minute Fee – $61
90 Minute Fee – $72
Massage billed to insurance:
In order for your insurance to cover the cost of your massage, you must receive a chiropractic adjustment on the same day. If you do not receive an adjustment on the same day as your massage, you will be subject to the cash rate for your massage treatment.
Late arrivals:
We understand things happen, we do allow for late arrivals based on the schedule below: Failure to show after the grace time listed below will be considered a no-show/cancellation and will be charged accordingly.
15 min late for 30 min massage / acupuncture
20 min late for 60 min massage
30 min for 90 minute massage
Please understand the cost of your massage/acupuncture remains the same regardless of your arrival time.
